International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas) is a free public charter school serving more than 25,000 K-12 students at 26 campuses in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Cleveland, and College Station areas. ILTexas was founded by Mr. Eddie Conger, and the charter was approved by the Texas Education Agency in November, 2012.

The goal of Others Before Self is to provide opportunities for our students to develop leadership skills of research, organization, advocacy, communication, public speaking, teamwork, planning, execution, and reflective evaluation to become conscious, thoughtful, and effective leaders in their community and world.
